2020 Mainero Sunflower Header 1040 700

Unique shield and whirligig joint regulation system.

To perform an efficient collection with minimal loss, both items should be registered in advancing and height every time the chapters size is modified, as the shield should be raised just enough to allow its passage to the whirligig, while the whirligig has to always take them from forward and up, functioning as a second support when cutting the stem. In order to obtain a fast and simple control of both elements simultaneously, the headers are mounted on the same bracket without any linkage with the header sides, its position is changed on the fly from the operator cab, by compensated hydraulic cylinders. Thanks to its innovative fixing system, both adjustments are carried out in a single movement.
